Unilever has consented to purchase makeup firm Carver Korea for 2.27 billion euros ($2.71 billion) from Goldman Sachs, Bain Capital and the organization's organizer as it extends its excellence and individual care business.
The Anglo-Dutch organization reported the arrangement on Monday, saying Carver was the quickest developing skincare business in South Korea, through offers of its A.H.C image.
Unilever said the range incorporates "Eye Cream for Face", alongside substances, toners, lotions, covers, and sun security.
Bain and Goldman Sachs together purchased an approximately 60 percent lion's share stake in Carver for around $500 million a year ago, a source comfortable with the issue said on Monday.
